Salary: $230,000 - $280,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead DTC performance to maximize sustainable growth and profitability.
• Drive omni-channel sales via paid distribution and frameworks focusing on marginal returns and incrementality.
• Oversee non-paid growth efforts across SEO, Lifecycle Marketing (LCM), and Referrals.
• Optimize creative efficacy through rigorous testing and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Marcomms teams for full-funnel campaigns and product launches.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class growth marketing team while deploying AI tools for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing DTC businesses with revenues exceeding $200M+.
• Expertise in complex omni-channel distribution and attribution models (MMM, MTA, LTA).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on marginal returns and incrementality.
• Ability to recruit and develop high-performing talent.
• Player-coach mindset, comfortable with both strategic leadership and tactical execution.
• Must be based in the United States
