What you will do

• Own end-to-end program execution across the full Product Lifecycle (PLC), from definition to high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, service, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive technical and business trade-off decisions to optimize system performance and time-to-market.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for program success and field deployment.
• Engage directly with customers to align delivered solutions with their requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Milpitas, CA, USA.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary system programs integrating optics, electronics, and software.
• Proven success influencing teams within a matrixed organization.
• Academic background: PhD + 5 years, Master's + 8 years, or Bachelor's + 12 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 15%.
