What you will do

  • Develop structural and automated designs using hirify.global 3D MachineBuilder and modular components.
  • Lead design review sessions with clients to provide technical feedback and insights.
  • Review peer and user designs for performance, structural integrity, and efficiency.
  • Create custom parts and drawings using standard CAD software.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on project feasibility checks and technical scope validation.
  • Support the physical deployment of machines and conduct after-sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM or System Integrator fields.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience with industrial automation applications (e.g., EOAT, Conveyors, Packaging, Welding).
  • Must be based in Montréal, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Ability to travel to client sites up to twice per quarter.

Nice to have

  • OIQ engineer permit certification.
