What you will do

• Lead engineers and subject matter experts from initial concept through proof of concept (PoC) and implementation.
• Align technology roadmaps with product planning, sales, and purchasing organizations.
• Manage virtual engineering needs and software in CAE and CFD supporting technology development.
• Plan and manage staff resources, capital and operational budgets to deliver technologies on-time.
• Manage IP protection and generation within the engineering team.
• Coordinate with universities and industry partners to ensure on-time completion of technology goals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in detailed design of high voltage electric traction motor and inverter components.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing teams of engineers and 3+ years of program management experience.
• Must be able to communicate in both French and English languages.
• Ability to work on-site in Boucherville a minimum of 4 days per week.
