What you will do

• Lead team to identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with innovative venture investors for event attendance.
• Work with Speaker team to source speakers for Venture stage.
• Drive sales initiatives, coach team on calls with top investors from pre-seed to private equity.
• Act as industry expert, create proposals, and support internal teams.
• Oversee Salesforce database for investors and prospects with best practices.
• Collaborate with Growth, Speakers, Attendee Success, and Business Intelligence teams to generate leads and improve processes.

Requirements

• Passion for and knowledge of investor market, startups, and technology.
• Experience as people manager and coach driving team performance.
• Proven track record delivering revenue targets and KPIs.
• Confident presenter, networker, and collaborator with strong communication skills.
• Persuasive with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree advantageous; background in consultancy/finance or startup funding desirable.
