Location: Hybrid in Hove, UK. Must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years.

What you will do

• Help plan and organize project activities to deliver change across central functions like Finance, HR, and Technology.
• Track project progress and support the creation of reports and updates.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Learn to manage project risks, issues, and deadlines under the guidance of experienced managers.
• Complete a Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship qualification while gaining real-world experience.

Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Minimum 96 UCAS points from Level 3 Qualifications (A-levels or equivalent).
• Right to work in the UK and residency in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Must not currently be on a government-funded training course or hold a similar PM qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM PMQ).
• Proactive mindset with strong organization and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
