Business Administration Apprentice (Finance): Supporting the Pensions Risk Transfer Client Services team in data loading, customer support, and policy documentation with an accent on accuracy and regulatory compliance. Location: Hybrid in Hove, UK. Must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years.

What you will do

• Analyze scheme data and build calculation models to onboard Defined Benefit pension schemes.
• Manage customer claims, resolve enquiries, and communicate benefits to members and intermediaries.
• Produce and issue accurate policy documentation in accordance with legislation and timescales.
• Load member and benefit data onto the internal administration platform.
• Coordinate with third-party print providers to ensure accurate delivery of member communications.

Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK and residence in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years.
• No significant prior work experience in business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
