TL;DR
Customer Success Manager, Strategic (): Building and fostering relationships with enterprise customers to drive retention, renewals, expansion, and upsell of giving platform products with an accent on value realization and adoption. Focus on managing full-cycle renewals, structuring contracts, and engaging senior executives through high-volume interactions and on-site business reviews.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO; Redmond, WA (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 remote); Remote: CA & WA only - all other states not in consideration
Compensation: $100k base + $20k variable = $120k OTE

What you will do
- Drive revenue retention through quota-based targets for renewals and account management.
- Promote platform adoption and engagement with givers beyond initial deployment.
- Identify upsell opportunities and sell additional products and features.
- Conduct high-volume sales activities including calls, emails, and relationship building with executives.
- Lead product training, deployment assistance, and on-site business reviews (8-12 trips/year).
- Manage full-cycle renewal process from discovery to negotiation and close.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in inside sales, account management, renewals.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Proven quota attainment and experience managing large strategic accounts.
- Strong communication for presenting to groups and building C-level relationships.
- Experience in Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals preferred; software background a plus.
- Self-starter with problem-solving, multitasking, business acumen, and detail orientation.
