Location: Remote (US). Must be based in a U.S. jurisdiction. No visa sponsorship available. Occasional travel to HQ in Cleveland, Ohio is required for orientation and meetings.
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 base

What you will do
- Drive growth and retention within existing customer portfolios through upselling and strategic alignment.
- Identify business problems and map them to 's SaaS product offerings to create demand.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with executive stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
- Analyze workforce intelligence and analytics to articulate goals, plans, and trends to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Management experience in Healthcare tech, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of expanding revenue through existing business and upselling.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and executives.
- Highly organized with a systematic approach to managing complex business processes.
- Must be based in the United States.
