What you will do

  • Develop and implement multi-stakeholder sales strategies and account plans for executive leadership.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity identification to closing and delivery.
  • Drive year-over-year sales growth and develop a high-volume, profitable regional business.
  • Train Dell Technologies sales teams on hirify.global products and services.
  • Forecast and execute revenue targets while managing and tracking CRM opportunities.
  • Coordinate selling campaigns and qualify leads in partnership with other sales employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience selling technology products or services, with at least 50% in an outside sales role.
  • Must be located in the Northeastern United States.
  • Documented experience managing sales with channel partners, Enterprise, and SMB customers.
  • Proven track record of selling to executive-level customer personnel.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Dell Technologies' market, network, customers, and competition.
  • Previous experience selling specifically to or with Dell Technologies.
