What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections professionals.
• Execute credit and collections strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and mitigate bad debt risk.
• Oversee month-end close activities and ensure strict compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and owner for factoring programs and external partnerships.
• Drive process standardization and automation using Lean principles and Oracle Financials.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance leadership to balance commercial growth with risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable and credit/collections.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials R12.
• Strong working knowledge of SOX controls and audit support frameworks.
• Proven experience managing or supporting factoring programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, MedTech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience with Sabrix / OneSource or similar tax software.
• Broad finance background including general accounting or order-to-cash processes.
