What you will do

• Lead commercial growth and customer relationship enhancement to expand the customer base.
• Manage a team of 15 members, including Sales Account Managers and Technical Service Representatives.
• Oversee margins within Pricing Council guidelines and manage distributor performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to lead accurate sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify and implement cost optimization and growth improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to expand production capabilities across North and Latin America.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering Technology, or an MBA.
• At least 6 years of commercial leadership experience.
• Expertise in finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Deep knowledge of the additives industry and Americas market dynamics.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
