What you will do
- Aggressively hunt for new business and exceed established sales targets.
- Lead and develop a sales team to achieve regional growth objectives.
- Implement local sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research on industry regulations and economic trends impacting the freight forwarding sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and conferences.
- Manage the full RFQ process and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM.
Requirements
- Expertise in freight forwarding, transportation, contract logistics, and multimodal solution selling.
- Proven experience in lead generation and high-volume sales hunting.
- Ability to lead and manage a professional sales team.
- Strong relationship-building skills with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Must be based in or have the ability to operate within North China.
