What you will do

• Act as the finance lead for strategic workstreams, ensuring transformation investments yield measurable results.
• Coach initiative owners on financial principles, valuation methodologies, and cost-benefit analysis (CBA) development.
• Review and approve initiatives from a financial perspective across all stage gates, from concept to delivery.
• Monitor portfolio spend and benefit performance to highlight risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on forecasting, variance analysis, and the creation of executive narratives.
• Develop governance tools and dashboards to increase transparency and support investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, actuarial, pricing, audit, or equivalent financial roles.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield or Boston, MA.
