Location: Must be based in Boston, MA (onsite 5 days per week)

Salary: $106,180 - $132,720 USD

What you will do

• Manage, retain, and grow client relationships within the mass affluent segment of the Retail IRA business.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to provide tailored investment and retirement income planning.
• Implement advanced wealth accumulation strategies and provide ongoing guidance on financial securities.
• Collaborate with Participant Service & Sales Solutions (PSSS) roles to optimize service delivery.
• Model industry-leading sales and service best practices while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• FINRA registrations Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63) are required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (or 2–5 years of relevant financial services experience).
• CRPC designation or the ability to obtain it within a limited timeframe.
• Strong experience in retirement income planning and adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards.
• Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFP, or CFA designations.
