What you will do
- Oversee daily customer sales order processing in Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring completeness and accuracy of invoicing.
- Lead collections efforts using account-tailored communication strategies and manage high-value or delinquent accounts.
- Develop the roadmap for billing and payments systems in collaboration with Biz Ops, Internal Applications, and Accounting teams.
- Own monthly and quarterly cash collections forecasting, including aging bucket analysis and DSO trend reporting.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to optimize the customer experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop staff to maintain a scalable and solution-oriented operational mindset.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of management experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles and billing policies.
- Proven track record of acquisition integrations and migrating customers to billing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and US-specific compensation markers).
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce (SFDC), and Stripe.
- Background in fast-growing SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
- Experience with recurring and usage-based billing models.
- Knowledge of API integrations and billing automation tools.
