What you will do
- Own the end-to-end commission process, including validating deal data in Salesforce, calculating payments, and generating rep statements.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to resolve deal discrepancies and maintain ARR reporting integrity.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with leadership on budget development, forecasting, and long-range projections.
- Build dashboards using data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive Insights to support business decisions.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to optimize Finance team workflows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, or a related corporate finance role.
- Working knowledge of SaaS recurring revenue mechanics and ARR.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for building models, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts cross-functionally across different time zones.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Utah, US.
- Practical experience using AI tools to summarize, analyze, or automate finance workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar enterprise finance tools.
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS compensation plan structures and incentive design.
