What you will do

• Own the end-to-end commission process, including validating deal data in Salesforce, calculating payments, and generating rep statements.
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to resolve deal discrepancies and maintain ARR reporting integrity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with leadership on budget development, forecasting, and long-range projections.
• Build dashboards using data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and Adaptive Insights to support business decisions.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to optimize Finance team workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, or a related corporate finance role.
• Working knowledge of SaaS recurring revenue mechanics and ARR.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for building models, reports, and dashboards.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts cross-functionally across different time zones.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Utah, US.
• Practical experience using AI tools to summarize, analyze, or automate finance workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar enterprise finance tools.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS compensation plan structures and incentive design.
