What you will do

• Own positioning and messaging for key manufacturing verticals, such as life sciences, aerospace, and defense.
• Drive end-to-end GTM strategy for product launches, from early definition through post-launch adoption.
• Translate AI and composable operations capabilities into clear positioning that demonstrates real business value.
• Build scalable sales enablement systems to improve win rates and shorten deal cycles.
• Develop high-impact thought leadership and customer-facing content, including case studies and whitepapers.
• Define and track success metrics for adoption and pipeline impact to refine GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product marketing experience with a track record of driving product adoption.
• Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches.
• Strong analytical foundation in market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Somerville, MA for a hybrid schedule (3+ days/week in office).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial software, or other complex technical domains.
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences or aerospace & defense.
