What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps aligned with goals and customer needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycle, managing feature execution
• Conduct market research, user interviews, competitive analysis to inform decisions
• Track product performance with data for continuous improvement
• Develop GTM strategy, pricing, monetization plans, and market sizing
• Partner with clients for feedback, validation, and upsell opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years product management, 10+ years professional experience, preferably healthcare tech
• Proven high-impact product delivery in agile environment
• Experience with finance/strategy on investment cases and revenue models
• Strong GTM, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills
• Understanding of utilization management, medical necessity, health operations
• AI fluency: leverage AI tools, knowledge of LLMs/RAG/agents, translate to customer value

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, clinical platforms
