TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $276,000 - $415,000 total target cash

What you will do

  • Define hirify.global's point of view on agent analytics and the evaluation of real-world outcomes.
  • Translate technical concepts like LLM evals, context engineering, and orchestration into market-shaping narratives.
  • Lead 0→1 launches for agent capabilities, building positioning, demos, and technical deep-dives.
  • Develop and iterate GTM motions for AI-native builders via developer communities, Discord, and hackathons.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on market signals.

Requirements

  • 6–7+ years of product marketing experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or highly technical products.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Technical fluency in LLM evaluations, agent architecture, and context management.
  • Proven track record of leading product launches and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences, including engineers, PMs, and executives.
