What you will do

• Develop a deep technical understanding of the platform, integrations, and architectures to articulate the "how" behind product functionality.
• Translate complex technical details into value-driven narratives for both technical and business audiences.
• Perform in-depth competitive analysis of competitors' products to identify differentiation points and develop positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmaps, new features, and technical use cases to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Create technical enablement materials, including solution guides and architecture diagrams for sales, customer success, and partners.
• Produce thought leadership content such as technical whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering.
• Experience within the identity verification, fraud, or risk industries.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand APIs, machine learning, and cloud-based architectures.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to distill technical complexity into clear messaging.
• Must be located in New York City, Washington DC, Seattle, Miami, or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT's Deep Research) for content generation, research, and technical enablement.
