What you will do
- Develop and execute a GTM sales strategy for Ads across the EMEA territory to meet quota expectations.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, including initial engagement, technical validation, legal negotiations, and contract closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor on retail media benefits, differentiators, and market challenges.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at major retailer organizations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling Retail Media or Marketplace SaaS solutions with consistent quota over-achievement.
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising.
- Experience in solution-selling and the ability to demonstrate ROI to complex organizations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
- English: C2 level required.

- Proficiency in German, French, or Dutch.
