TL;DR
Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with an accent on retention, expansion, and renewals. Focus on translating product value into measurable business outcomes and building relationships with executive stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (London) - Must be able to work from the office 3 days a week
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own commercial performance across accounts, including renewals, expansion pipeline, and overall revenue growth.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities through strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a product and technical expert, coaching customers on best practices for adoption and integration.
- Build and maintain relationships with economic buyers and executive stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure deliverables are met and feedback is actioned.
- Iterate on internal processes to set the benchmark for customer success excellence at scale.
Requirements
- Commercial Customer Success or Account Management experience in SaaS with responsibility for an enterprise portfolio.
- Proven track record of hitting commercial targets, managing renewals, and closing upsells/cross-sells.
- Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn complex software and explain technical concepts simply.
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience building outcome-driven customer success plans and managing multiple workstreams.
- Organized and proactive approach to prioritizing accounts in a fast-moving startup environment.
