What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change activities for complex transformation programmes, including change strategy and impact assessments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change and training plans in alignment with Statements of Work (SOW).
• Facilitate workshops and secure alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Design and deliver virtual, in-person, and blended training curricula, manuals, and user guides.
• Leverage digital enablement tools such as Enable Now and WalkMe, as well as AI tooling, to drive adoption.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM) within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience leading training strategies, curriculum development, and Training Needs Analysis.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for OCM and training workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly to meet project demands.
• Ideally PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification.

• Experience in SAP-related change management projects.
