Systems Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead system architecture and design, including the capture of necessary documentation and artifacts.
• Manage requirements through capture, decomposition, and tracing.
• Integrate aircraft avionics and weapons systems.
• Navigate the RFM process to obtain ATO for integrated avionics systems.
• Perform detailed analysis and prepare for technical Design Reviews.
• Apply Change Request and Change Management (CR/CM) techniques and processes.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program (MS preferred).
• 6-8 years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance (Active Secret Clearance preferred).
• Experience with RTOS, OMS/UCI, 1553, and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Excellent oral communication skills for interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Link-16.
• Experience with AGILE workflows.
