Salary: $80,000–$138,000

What you will do

• Lead major proposal efforts through the full lifecycle, including planning, schedule development, and RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis.
• Coordinate technical and cost volumes with engineering, manufacturing, and production SMEs.
• Develop manufacturing approaches, staffing plans, and execution strategies for build-to-print and prototype projects.
• Manage review teams (Pink, Red, Gold) and perform final editing and compliance reviews for submissions.
• Collaborate with quality and supply chain teams to articulate AS9100 quality controls and production scalability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned proposals, leading kickoff and daily status meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience leading federal proposal efforts.
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance (Secret Clearance preferred).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, prototyping, or production-based contracts.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, SOWs, PWSs, and technical data packages.
• Understanding of AS9100 quality environments.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hollywood, MD.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering).
