What you will do

• Plan and coordinate Field Training Exercises (FTXs), Command Post Exercises (CPXs), Tabletop Exercises (TTX), and Senior Leader Seminars (SLS).
• Analyze exercise objectives, unit capabilities, and resource constraints to manage operations and logistics.
• Develop and present planning documentation throughout the Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Manage exercise databases and updates via JTIMS and other DOD applications.
• Provide JOPES, DCAPES, and TPFDD support as required.
• Support training plans, program development, and Theater Security Cooperation activities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree with an additional three years of practical experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience at a Higher Headquarters organization (e.g., MAJCOM or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of the Pacific theater and regional interactions between nations.
• Experience as a staff-level exercise planner, specifically planning/executing CPXs/FTXs within the INDOPACOM AOR.
• Familiarity with TPFDD nomenclature and logistical support for deployments and mobilizations.
