Location: Newport, RI, US (Remote with possible occasions for in-person work at Booz Allen or customer facility; Secret clearance required)
Salary: $77,600 - $176,000 (annualized USD)

What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and consolidate integrated master schedules (IMS) for Navy programs.
- Create schedules, briefs, and support program planning using MS Project, MS Planner, MS Office, and government tools.
- Facilitate regular interactions with SMEs, customers, schedulers, and stakeholders to build robust scheduling products.
- Conduct analysis and communication to keep projects on track and meet quality standards.
- Lead senior-level briefings and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years developing and managing IMS in military acquisition for ACAT-3 or greater DoD systems
- Knowledge of MS Project and formal scheduling tools
- Experience delivering in fast-paced environment with multiple clients
- Ability to facilitate meetings and lead senior briefings
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree + 3 years or 5+ years experience in project schedule management
Nice to have
- 3+ years IMS experience with Navy ships, submarines, unmanned systems, or ACAT-1 projects
- Knowledge of unmanned and undersea systems
- Schedule development with JIRA or government networks
- TS/SCI clearance
- PMP certification
