What you will do

• Own the technical lifecycle of client engagements from pre-sales and RFP support through integration and go-live.
• Track delivery KPIs including time-to-integration, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers in Vancouver.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for client CTOs, architects, and integration teams.
• Coordinate with Product Engineering on releases to ensure clients are prepared for deployments and updates.
• Build and execute joint success plans with clients to track adoption and milestones.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical delivery or solutions engineering within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, containers, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in Agile at scale (PMP, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada to act as local manager for the Canadian entity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including AML/KYC, MiCA, FINMA, or ISO 27001.
• PMP, SAFe, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
