What you will do

• Ensure HSE compliance throughout the wind turbine generator (WTG) installation and finishing process.
• Advise customer's BOP contractors to meet quality standards for smooth handover to commissioning and service departments.
• Provide technical support for all mechanical and electrical activities of contractors on-site.
• Document and report quality or time deviations using the UPVISE system.
• Oversee the reception, use, and handover of Nordex tooling.
• Conduct quality control checks, including incoming goods inspections and customer walkdowns.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain a US passport.
• English and French proficiency is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in mechanical, electrical, or construction fields.
• Proven experience in WTG on-site assembly and quality management processes.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet the weight requirement of 120kg (265 lbs) or less for climbing equipment.
