TL;DR
Manager, Business Development (Fintech): Leading a high-performing pod of BDRs to generate net-new opportunities within a high-growth GTM evolution with an accent on GTM architecture and operational excellence. Focus on optimizing prospecting workflows, enforcing Salesforce data rigor, and aligning BDR efforts with AE/AM organizations.
Location: London, UK. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).

What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Strategy leadership to define and refine workflows connecting prospecting efforts with AE/AM pods.
- Establish and enforce activity standards and data rigor within Salesforce to ensure a world-class GTM engine.
- Empower BDRs to share prospecting expertise with senior cross-functional partners to drive new business.
- Recruit, mentor, and optimize a high-output pod of BDRs, taking ownership of their career development.
- Monitor metrics and dashboards to provide leadership with a source of truth regarding territory health and efficiency.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience leading high-growth SaaS BDR/SDR functions at scale.
- Proven track record as a top individual contributor followed by successful leadership or mentorship experience.
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including the ability to build reports and audit data for coaching.
- Ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders to adopt new processes without direct authority.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment.
- Experience in wealth management, private banking, or complex financial services is highly preferred.
