What you will do

• Support field sales by following up on outstanding sales and quotes to maximize opportunities.
• Manage CCO (Customer Considering Offer) and signed incompletes to ensure all required information is captured.
• Provide field sales teams with accurate CRM data and manage diaries and appointments.
• Generate and distribute weekly conversion reports to the regional senior team to highlight key trends.
• Proactively manage daily schedules and optimize drive routes to reduce journey times and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate appointment coverage during staff absences to maintain service continuity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations or coordination.
• Substantial understanding of the job and ability to complete a wide range of routine to moderately difficult tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal daily instruction and make recommendations to resolve issues.
