TL;DR

Key Account Manager (Fintech): Managing hirify.global’s largest enterprise customer relationships to drive expansion, renewals, and satisfaction with an accent on long-term account strategy and consultative selling. Focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and executing end-to-end sales cycles for high-value clients.

Location: Onsite in London, UK (5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary business partner for a portfolio of key enterprise clients through in-person meetings, phone, and email.
  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to increase engagement and footprint over a multi-year horizon.
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations to highlight how the platform addresses specific client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and pipeline using Salesforce, Catalyst, and Gong.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Development teams to optimize account retention and growth.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quarterly business reviews and continual product education.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably with enterprise accounts.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Catalyst) and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Interest or prior experience in the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
