What you will do

• Own the day-to-day delivery of 5–10 concurrent projects, ensuring progress and timely execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact and SME for clients, maintaining regular structured communication and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product to remove blockers and drive momentum.
• Manage project scope and commercials to identify risks to profitability or timelines and escalate where necessary.
• Facilitate alignment between internal teams and customer needs to maximize the value of the platform.
• Contribute to the improvement of delivery processes, tools, and internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams efficiently without heavy reliance on formal methodologies.
• Proven experience in client-facing delivery roles within fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness to handle project scope, timelines, and delivery constraints.
• Must be based in the UK
