What you will do

• Manage sales activities across several Western African countries and explore new routes to market.
• Strengthen collaboration with local partners to grow brands and identify new business opportunities.
• Implement value management and brand marketing programs in coordination with marketeers and strategic partners.
• Coach and guide partners in the development and negotiation of commercial plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international or export sales roles.
• Hands-on commercial experience within the FMCG market.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Flexibility to travel within the Western Africa region.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Lieshout office.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional African language or Arabic.
