Location: Utrecht/Amsterdam, Netherlands (hybrid: 2 days home office per week + occasional full remote flexibility)

What you will do

  • Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners/managers through cold-calls, walk-ins, and organized meetings to present hirify.global products.
  • Propose and sell promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions.
  • Engage managers to highlight opportunities, features, and benefits of hirify.global Manager tool and network.
  • Follow up with prospects until closing deals and successful online publication on hirify.global and affiliates.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and good command of English
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with passion for exceeding targets
  • Customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive influencing skills
  • High-performing with proven sales experience, comfortable closing deals in a single call
  • Business development experience, preferably B2B or restaurants/hospitality, skilled in short-term negotiations

Nice to have

  • Foodie with interest in digital/tech products and restaurant sector
  • Dynamic, independent, thrives in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, motivated to grow
  • Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office; CRM experience as a plus
