What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from identifying potential customers to negotiating contracts and onboarding.
• Establish and expand a strong network with energy industry stakeholders, including TSOs, DSOs, and regulators.
• Represent and promote hirify.global in external forums, trade fairs, and conferences.
• Analyze industry trends and customer needs to help shape competitive regional offerings.
• Collaborate closely with internal Operations, Customer Service, and Product Management teams.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in sales or stakeholder management, preferably within the energy or financial industry.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Fluency in French or Dutch is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, primarily within Western Europe.

Nice to have

• Intermediate or fluent Italian speaking skills.
