What you will do
- Prospect, onboard, and develop new commercial dealers into the partner program.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to resolve obstacles to dealer success.
- Assist commercial dealers in presenting to large end-user opportunities.
- Initiate and execute on-site technical and sales training activities for dealers.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and other internal departments to coordinate sales and support efforts.
- Attend industry association meetings and trade shows to influence dealer sales activity.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and oral) is required; German is a plus.
- Ability to meet heavy travel demands (approximately 50-75%).
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Experience in sales, installation, and support of commercial security products (access control, alarm systems, video surveillance).
- Proven history of increasing revenue, closing new accounts, and successfully growing accounts.
