What you will do

• Plan, execute, and lead the development lifecycle of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP system implementations, enhancements, conversions, and upgrades.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, including design, code, and development reviews.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity utilization, and delivery for development teams.
• Lead and mentor onsite, remote, and offshore team members to foster an environment of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop the technical framework for future-state delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, NetWeaver, SAP Cloud Platform).
• Solid technical background in software development and cloud/web technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in the USA and willing to travel up to 100%.

• Experience with SAP system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation.
