What you will do

• Lead business-side activities for SAP S/4HANA workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Translate high-level transformation objectives into detailed business project plans and milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business process owners, IT solution teams, and change management partners.
• Identify and document risks and constraints, escalating issues through governance channels.
• Lead business involvement in data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of business project management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams in SAP or equivalent system implementations.
• Professional experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of data migration, process design, and change enablement principles.
• Authorized to work in the US.
