Salary: $85,200–$120,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead business-side activities for SAP S/4HANA workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Translate high-level transformation objectives into detailed business project plans and milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business process owners, IT solution teams, and change management partners.
- Identify and document risks and constraints, escalating issues through governance channels.
- Lead business involvement in data cleansing, validation, and migration activities.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of business project management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams in SAP or equivalent system implementations.
- Professional experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of data migration, process design, and change enablement principles.
- Authorized to work in the US.
