Location: Hybrid (Chiswick office, UK) - must be in the office 2-3 days per week on average

Salary: £100,000 – £115,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a dynamic corporate communications strategy to enhance and safeguard hirify.global's reputation.
• Define and oversee local media and social media relations strategies, coordinating closely with category teams.
• Manage issues and crisis communications, including media monitoring and early warning systems.
• Serve as the corporate spokesperson and provide strategic communication advice to the General Manager and Leadership Teams.
• Oversee reputation measurement and manage third-party communication agencies for PR and crisis support.
• Prepare and media-train top management to act as effective spokespeople.

Requirements

• Significant corporate communications background within regulated industries.
• Extensive crisis management experience within large, global, and complex organisations.
• Proven track record of media management and maintaining relationships with top-tier media outlets.
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable communication plans.
• Experienced team leader capable of developing the skills of team members.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Chiswick office 2-3 days per week on average.
