What you will do
- Design and implement competitive regional benefits programs, policies, and vendor selection strategies to support expansion.
- Manage and administer LATAM benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, and time-off.
- Ensure strict adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements across the region.
- Optimize benefits administration, communication, and reporting by leveraging Workday.
- Lead annual benefits renewal processes and educate employees on program utilization.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing international benefits administration, focusing on LATAM.
- Deep knowledge of benefits regulations across various Latin American countries.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
- Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a benefits context.
- Exceptional project management and relationship-building skills.
