What you will do

• Design and implement competitive regional benefits programs, policies, and vendor selection strategies to support expansion.
• Manage and administer LATAM benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, and time-off.
• Ensure strict adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirements across the region.
• Optimize benefits administration, communication, and reporting by leveraging Workday.
• Lead annual benefits renewal processes and educate employees on program utilization.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience managing international benefits administration, focusing on LATAM.
• Deep knowledge of benefits regulations across various Latin American countries.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirable.
• Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within a benefits context.
• Exceptional project management and relationship-building skills.
