Location: Heredia, Costa Rica. Must be based in LATAM

What you will do

  • Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs including health plans, risk plans, and allowances for the LATAM region.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects involving Legal, Finance, ERLR, and local HR teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on benefits design to align offerings with evolving business needs.
  • Evaluate and interpret complex data to optimize program performance and ensure regional compliance.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-makers to drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in benefits design or HR programs.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Strong ability to apply design thinking to solve complex organizational problems.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with Workday and the integration of benefits into HR systems.
  • Knowledge of time-off, leave policies, and accrual management.
