Specialist - Human Resources (HR Operations)

Location: Hybrid Mexico City, MX (must be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Manage assigned pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive new-hire experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new hire and employee HR enquiries.
• Triage, resolve, and escalate requests through the ServiceNow portal in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate employee data to support reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Support employee benefits administration and collaborate with Finance for timely payroll processing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Colleague Experience processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting HR transactional or operational activities.
• Working knowledge of HR operations and relevant local statutory requirements.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to query and analyse data.
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.
• Must be based in Mexico City for hybrid office attendance.
