A1 is building a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence into everyday conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Drive US market entry from early strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and execute initial hiring plans to source and close high-caliber talent.
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials and coordinating investor conversations.
  • Establish the company's US presence, including office setup and vendor management.
  • Drive external positioning, PR, partnerships, and key relationships.
  • Act as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB), VC, or high-performance startup operating roles.
  • Strong generalist profile capable of switching between strategy, hiring, and execution.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High agency and ability to solve problems independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for working with senior stakeholders.
  • High reliability and a track record of consistent follow-through.
