What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO and COO on high-priority, ambiguous business problems to drive recommendations and implementation.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend ways to reduce costs.
• Quantify bottlenecks across the conversion funnel from lead to close.
• Build and scale revenue infrastructure in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
• Develop dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with visibility into performance drivers.
• Integrate AI into the operational workflow to develop hypotheses and pressure-test business decisions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience, ideally from top-tier consulting (MBB) or Founder’s Associate/BizOps roles.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
• Exceptionally analytical thinker with proficiency in BI platforms for independent data analysis.
• High agency, grit, and an ownership mindset to deliver outcomes under ambiguity.
• Must be based in New York City for primary in-person collaboration.
• Strong interest in utilizing AI as a core thinking and working tool.
