What you will do
- Own 2–4 high-impact ambiguous workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing to execution and outcomes.
- Be customer-facing: join calls, run sessions, translate pain points into product and GTM priorities.
- Influence strategy and roadmap by synthesizing customer and market signals into recommendations on ICP, pricing, and builds.
- Build scalable systems: partner with engineering to automate workflows and ship tooling.
- Turn wins into playbooks: codify best practices, templates, and processes to scale the team.
- Act as force multiplier for founders by identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience (or equivalent) with ownership of ambiguous fast-moving workstreams
- Background in consulting, strategy & ops, product, growth, analytics, or customer-facing roles in high-velocity environments
- Proven execution from 0→1 with minimal oversight, strong judgment, and accountability
- Analytical skills: comfortable with Sheets/Excel, basic data analysis, turning messy inputs into clear recommendations
- Strong communication: clear writer and facilitator to align stakeholders and drive decisions
- Builder mindset: action-oriented, detail-focused, high-leverage wherever needed
Nice to have
- Exposure to private equity, diligence, or voice-of-customer/research workflows
- Experience working closely with engineers (spec writing, QA, tooling iteration)
- Comfort prototyping with AI tools (lightweight scripts/workflows)
