What you will do

• Drive business operating rhythms, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and forecast cycles to ensure data-grounded decisions.
• Translate the EVP's strategic intent into prioritized initiatives and hold functional leaders accountable for revenue and margin targets.
• Partner with Finance to pressure-test plans, analyze P&Ls, and prepare the EVP for board and corporate reviews.
• Act as a confidential advisor to the EVP, identifying organizational risks and removing operational obstacles proactively.
• Orchestrate the executive calendar and serve as the primary gatekeeper for internal and external communications.
• Lead high-priority projects such as GTM motions, pricing, organizational design, and M&A diligence and integration.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as Chief of Staff or Executive Operations leader supporting C-Suite/EVP P&L owners.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in SaaS or product-driven organizations.
• Strong financial acumen with direct experience in budget ownership, expense oversight, and P&L analysis.
• Experience supporting board, investor, and corporate development activities, including the creation of board books.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and diagramming tools like Visio or Lucid.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in McLean, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience in government contracting, defense technology, or federal SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST, or DoD IL.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI/ML technologies, and agentic platforms.
• MBA or advanced degree in business or organizational leadership.
• Experience with Salesforce or Monday.com.
