What you will do

• Own senior-most consulting relationships with C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) at Fortune 1000 and PE-portfolio clients.
• Lead the design and facilitation of Agentic Transformation roadmaps, focusing on business outcomes like cost efficiency and revenue growth.
• Assess and guide organizational readiness, including culture, workforce, governance, and operating models.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve the Agentic Transformation service portfolio and go-to-market narrative.
• Mentor consulting talent and codify transformation expertise into institutional playbooks and frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or authorized to work in the US, specifically for the Columbia, MD location
• Partner level experience with a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, PWC).
• 20+ years of progressive consulting experience leading large-scale technology transformations for Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Proven track record of owning and growing C-Suite relationships in an advisory capacity.
• Deep experience in at least two major transformation waves (ERP, Cloud, Digital, or Data/Analytics modernization).
• Demonstrable experience operating within or advising Private Equity environments.
