Location: Remote within the United States (NYC preferred)

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 USD OTE + equity

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform providing large-scale GPU orchestration and inference optimization for developers and enterprises.

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading U.S. venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities.
• Source, qualify, and onboard high-potential AI startups into the company's startup program.
• Design and execute tailored partner initiatives, joint campaigns, and GTM materials like case studies and playbooks.
• Track and optimize KPIs including lead generation, startup acquisition, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, product, and solutions architecture teams to align goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales & GTM.
• 5+ years of experience working specifically within the startup or venture ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of VC investment models, dynamics, and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with the AI and cloud computing landscape.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience as a VC employee, accelerator staff, or AI startup founder.
• Established, high-trust network within the U.S. venture capital ecosystem.
• Proven experience in selling AI or cloud solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure and ML startup needs.
